White Dragon Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces LALO Tequila
  
• 2/3 ounce Cointreau
  
• 2/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
  
• 1 egg white
  
• Garnish with an orange twist

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker without ice.
2. Vigorously “dry shake” to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and vigorously shake.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe/cocktail glass.
5. Express orange oils over the top and garnish with orange peel. Makes one serving. Salud!
