
White Dragon
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz LALO
- .75 oz Cointreau
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Garnish with an Orange Twist
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker without ice. Vigorously “dry shake” to emulsify the egg white. Add ice to the shaker and vigorously shake. Strain into a chilled coupe/cocktail glass. Express orange oils over the top and garnish with orange peel. Makes one serving. ¡Salud!
