Negroni Guyabera
Negroni Guyabera Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ⅓ ounces LALO Tequila Blanco
- 1 ounce Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 2 ½ teaspoons dry vermouth infused with guava
- 2 ½ teaspoons vermouth bianco infused with guava
- Garnish with a slice of pink guava
Directions:
- In a mixing glass, combine LALO tequila, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, and both infused vermouths.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube.
- Garnish with a slice of pink guava. Makes one serving.
Pink Guava Vermouth Infusion
Ingredients:

8 ½ ounces Vermouth Bianco
- 8 ½ ounces Dry Vermouth
- 2 ripe pink guavas, sliced
Directions:
- Combine the vermouths and sliced guavas in a sous vide bag.
- Seal the bag using a vacuum sealer or the water displacement method.
- Heat the sous vide water bath to 131°F.
- Infuse for 1-2 hours.
- Remove the bag and let it cool slightly.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the guava slices.
- Bottle the infused vermouth and store it in the refrigerator.
