Cucumber Mojitarita Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz LALO Tequila
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 oz Sparkling Mineral Water
- 5-6 Mint Leaves
- 2 Cucumber Slices
Directions:
- Add cucumber slices to a shaker tin and muddle.
- Add LALO tequila, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, mint leaves, and ice to the shaker. Shake until chilled and diluted.
- Double fine strain the mixture into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top with sparkling mineral water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber slice.
