Piñata Sour
Piñata Sour Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ ounces LALO Tequila Blanco
- 1 ounce fresh mandarin juice
- ½ ounce cane syrup
- ½ ounce egg white
Directions:
- In a shaker, combine LALO Tequila Blanco, mandarin juice, lime juice, cane syrup, and egg white.

Dry shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Add ice and hard shake until well chilled. - Strain into a glass (coupe or rocks, based on preference).
- Garnish with a few drops of peanut oil on top. Makes one serving.
