La Mandarina
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz LALO
- .75 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
- .75 oz fresh tangerine juice
- .25 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2-3 oz Prosecco, cava or any dry sparkling wine
- Lemon twist garnish
Directions
Add LALO, honey syrup and citrus juices to ice filled shaker tin. Shake to chill and dilute. Strain into flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel. Makes one serving. ¡Salud!
