Cucumber Mojitarita

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz LALO
  • .75 oz fresh lime juice
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz sparkling mineral water
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 2 cucumber slices

Directions

Add cucumber to shaker tin and muddle. Add LALO, lime, simple syrup, mint leaves, and ice. Shake until chilled and diluted then double fine strain into an ice-filled Collins Glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber slice. Makes one serving. ¡Salud!
