In the vibrant city of Miami, FL, the LALO team had the pleasure of toasting to our local industry community with a week-long celebration honoring local culture, creativity, and the spirit of collaboration. This series of events was a true reflection of everything we love about the Miami scene — energetic, inventive, and full of heart.
Throughout the week, we partnered with some of the city’s most celebrated restaurants — Baby Jane, Fabel Miami, Doms, and Doya — each bringing their own unique flavor, style, and culinary expertise to the celebration. Guests were treated to inventive dishes perfectly paired with LALO cocktails, offering a chance to savor the spirit of Miami alongside the bold character of our tequila.
A highlight of the week was an intimate talk with industry legend Nectaly Mendoza, whose insights and stories inspired everyone in attendance. The discussion celebrated the hard work, dedication, and creativity that drive Miami’s thriving hospitality and beverage communities, reminding us all why collaboration and shared passion are at the heart of every successful endeavor.
