The Greenlight Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz lemongrass-infused LALO High Proof Tequila*
  • ¾ oz Blanc Vermouth
  • ¾ oz Dry Vermouth
  • 4 dashes Grapefruit Bitters

Directions:

  1. Add lemongrass-infused LALO High Proof Tequila, blanc vermouth, dry vermouth, and grapefruit bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
  3. Express a grapefruit peel over the drink
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and Lemon Verbena

Lemongrass-Infused LALO High Proof Tequila: 

  1. Lightly bruise and chop fresh lemongrass, then place into a mason jar.
  2. Add LALO High Proof Tequila and seal.
  3. Infuse for 2–3 days, shaking the jar once daily.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer before use.

Quick method:

  • If short on time, shake the jar vigorously several times over 30–45 minutes.
