Ingredients
- 2 ounces LALO High Proof 2026
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce quality orgeat
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Lime peel, for expressing and discarding
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- Express a lime peel over the drink, then discard it.
Orgeat rounds out the acidity without turning the cocktail heavy. The result is citrus-forward and smooth in texture, with enough spice to match the richer body of a 48% ABV blanco.
