Ingredients

• 2 ounces LALO High Proof 2026
• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce quality orgeat
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• Lime peel, for expressing and discarding

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Express a lime peel over the drink, then discard it.
